Shopping on the Pedro Miralles online store is easy – just follow these five simple steps:
1. Click on the image of the item you’re interested in to view available sizes and a detailed description. Select your preferred color and size, then click ADD TO CART.
2. You can then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your purchase or continue shopping and add more items to your cart. You can combine multiple styles, including shoes and accessories, in one order.
You’ll see a summary of your cart with the selected items and their prices. Once everything is correct, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
3. To place your order, you can log in, register, or use express checkout with your Amazon account.
Creating an account allows you to place future orders more quickly using your username and password.
We will collect your personal details to process your order and facilitate future purchases. You’ll also be able to access your customer area at any time to review your personal data, order history, and manage returns.
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll receive exclusive offers and updates.
Please enter your details: full name, email address, delivery address, and billing address (if different), then click CONTINUE.
Then, verify your information and click CONTINUE.
Please note: for deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, you must include your ID number with your name.
4. Next, choose your shipping method: standard or express delivery. You can view the conditions for each option here.
You can also select gift wrapping and add a personal note.
Once selected, click CONTINUE.
5. Finally, choose your preferred payment method: credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, or Sequra (pay in 3 installments).
All payment methods are secure, and your data is protected at all times.
By clicking CONFIRM ORDER, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions and authorize the processing of your data. You will then be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your purchase.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

The measurements shown refer to foot size, not the shoe. Depending on the type of footwear and fit, these equivalences may vary slightly.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT
Place a sheet of paper on the floor and stand on it with your bare foot. Draw a line where your longest toe ends and another where your heel ends. Your foot measurement is the distance between these two lines.

Returns
We’re sorry your purchase didn’t meet your expectations. We’re confident you’ll find your perfect pair in our collection — but if not, you can request a return.
At Pedro Miralles, we support conscious and responsible consumption. Therefore, a €5 return fee per order will be deducted.
Please note:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different model, size, or color, you must return the item and place a new order.
Discount codes used on returned items cannot be reused (unless otherwise stated).
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

- Go to MY RETURNS
- Select the order and click REQUEST RETURN
- Choose the item and reason
- Click CONFIRM RETURN
You will receive further instructions by email once approved.
If you don’t receive a response within 72 hours, please contact customer service.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Spain, Andorra, Portugal: handled via MRW
- Other countries: return shipping at customer’s expense
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands: customer covers shipping and customs
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be in perfect condition
- Original packaging required
- Shoe box is part of the product (damage = €5 deduction)

How can I place an order on the Pedro Miralles online store?

How can I make a return?
Returns must be requested through our website. Log into your account, go to your personal area and access MY RETURNS.
There, you can select the product you wish to return. Once selected (by ticking the box on the left), a blue button will appear: REQUEST RETURN.
After submitting, we will receive your request, approve it and send you further instructions to arrange the collection with our courier.

What is my size?

Is there a shipping cost?
Shipping is €1.99 for orders over €100. For orders below this amount, the cost is €3.99. Express shipping has an additional cost of €12.
Orders to Ceuta and Melilla have an extra cost of €30. For the Canary Islands it is €20, and for the Balearic Islands €4.
For non-EU shipments, customers must cover customs fees. More details here.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders to Spain and Portugal usually take 24–48 business days. You can check detailed delivery times here.
Will I receive my order the next day with express shipping?
Express shipping guarantees next working day delivery (24h) from dispatch. This applies to orders placed before 1:00 PM. Later orders are processed the next day.
My order has not arrived yet
You can contact your nearest CORREOS EXPRESS office and provide your tracking number.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors.

Are Pedro Miralles products Made in Spain?
Since 1959, our products have been manufactured in Spain. Quality materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail define our products.
We support local production in Elche, where our facilities are located.
How should I care for my Pedro Miralles products?
Our products are made from high-quality natural materials and leather. We also offer vegan collections.
If stained, consult a specialist first. If cleaning is possible, use a damp cloth or leather-specific products.
Avoid direct contact with liquids.
Store shoes in their box and bags in their dust bag.
Where can I buy Pedro Miralles products?
You can shop online 24/7.
We also have outlet stores in Elche (Polígono industrial Torrellano).
Additionally, our products are available in retailers across Spain and over 40 countries.
I forgot my password

I received a defective item
Email us at contact@mirallescompany.com with your order number, photos and a description. Our Quality team will review your case.
I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
Contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will try to modify it.
What warranty do your products have?
Products are covered by legal warranty. Pedro Miralles will repair, replace or refund defective items. Warranty period: 2 years.

Orders may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
If after 10 working days something is missing, contact us.
