Discover the elegance of women's boots at Pedro Miralles

Pedro Miralles women's boots start from our own last and are crafted in leather to see you through from October to March. In this section you will find knee-high boots, Chelsea boots, biker boots and both heeled and flat styles, with shafts in different heights and finishes in nappa, suede and patent leather. Filter by heel height, colour or size and take home the pair you already had in mind.

How to choose your women's boots

Start with how you will wear them, not with the style. If you are going to spend the day on your feet or walking, look for a block heel of 3 to 5 cm or a flat rubber sole. If they are for dressing up on short journeys, that is where the stiletto heel and patent leather come in.

Measure your calf before choosing a knee-high boot. Calf circumference matters more than your shoe size: take the measurement at the widest point and compare it with the figure on the product page. A shaft that is too tight is uncomfortable to walk in, and one that is too loose creases and does less for your silhouette.

The finish sets the maintenance. Nappa withstands daily wear and wipes clean with a cloth. Suede adds texture and warmth, but needs a waterproofing spray from day one. Patent leather is the least forgiving with creases and scuffs.

Check the fastening. A full-length zip adjusts the shaft to the millimetre, while side elastic gets them on in a single movement.

Why buy your women's boots at Pedro Miralles

We have been making footwear in Spain since 1959. We were born in Elche as a Made in Spain women's footwear label under Pedro Miralles, and 67 years on we continue with the same craft and the same values.

We do not work with a single finish. We choose the right leather for each boot according to its last, its shaft and its use, and that is what makes them last season after season. Our commitment is to timelessness: designs that do not go out of date, and a quality tied to responsible consumption, so you have boots that last for years rather than a single season.

Every pair combines the artisan know-how of Elche shoemaking with innovative manufacturing processes: dozens of hands work on each boot before it reaches yours. And because all production is local and km 0, materials and processes stay within a short radius, which reduces the carbon footprint and supports the industrial fabric of the area.

The last first, then the leather

At Pedro Miralles we do not adapt a design to whichever leather is at hand, we choose the leather that each last, each shaft and each use calls for. That is why a nappa boot, a suede boot and a Chelsea boot are not built the same way, even though they come out of the same workshop in Elche. We have been manufacturing in Spain since 1959 and we still do it the same way, by hand and within a few kilometres of here.

Types of women's boots available at Pedro Miralles

  • By shaft height: The ankle boot stops at the ankle and lengthens the leg with straight-leg trousers. Mid-calf calls for a skirt above the knee. Knee-high is the most flattering with a dress and opaque tights. Check the calf measurement on each product page.
  • By heel: Block and wide heels spread your weight across the whole sole and hold up for a full day. The stiletto is dressier and is best kept for short journeys. Flats and wedges are the everyday options.
  • By leather: Nappa is smooth, hard-wearing and easy to clean. Suede adds texture and warmth, but needs a waterproofing spray from day one. Patent leather is the dressiest and the least forgiving with creases.
  • By your leg: If you are after knee-high, check the calf measurement before choosing a size. A shaft that is too tight is uncomfortable to walk in, and one that is too loose does less for your silhouette. You will find the figure on each product page.

Look after your boots and they will last for years

Our boots are made to stay with you for many seasons. These three habits keep the leather looking like it did on day one.

Cleaning: Brush the dust off after every wear. On nappa, a damp cloth with mild soap. On suede, a soft-bristle brush, always working in the same direction.

Maintenance: Rotate them and let them air between wears. If they get wet, leave them to dry naturally at room temperature. Check heels and soles at the end of the season.

Avoid: No washing machine, no radiator and no direct sunlight, heat dries out the leather and warps the last. Store them with a boot shaper and in a fabric bag, never in plastic.

Frequently asked questions

Which boots make the leg look longer?

Knee-high boots with no sharp changes of colour, especially when the tone of the boot continues that of your tights or trousers. With a skirt or dress, avoid having the top of the shaft fall at the widest part of your calf, because that is what visually cuts the leg.

Which boots are most comfortable to wear all day?

Block or wide heels and flats, because they spread your weight across the whole sole instead of concentrating it in one point. The stiletto is dressier, but it is worth saving for days with little walking. If you are going to be on the move, check that the sole has some rubber in it too.

Can leather boots get wet?

Leather tolerates occasional damp, but it is not made for heavy rain or puddles. If they get wet, leave them to dry naturally at room temperature, never next to a radiator. With suede, applying a waterproofing spray before the first wear is what makes the difference.

When will I receive my boots?

In Spain, Andorra and Portugal, delivery takes 24 to 48 working hours via MRW. With express shipping, 24 working hours on the mainland. For Ceuta and Melilla the timeframe is around 7 working days, and for the Canary Islands around 8. For the rest of Europe, between 2 and 5 working days.

How long do I have to return women's boots?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, and the parcel must reach our facilities within a maximum of 30 calendar days from delivery. A charge of €5 per order is deducted for return costs.

How much does shipping cost for boots?

Shipping costs €1.99 on orders over €100 and €3.99 on orders below that amount. In the Balearic Islands the cost is €8, and in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, €30. If you choose express shipping, €12 is added to the order total.
