How can I make a purchase in the Pedro Miralles online shop?

How can I make an exchange or return?

The way to request a return is through our website. Enter your profile on our website, go to your personal area and access MY ORDER HISTORY, in the information bar of the product you wish to exchange you will find the option DATA. If you go there, you will see that it gives you the option to select the product you wish to return or exchange and once selected (by clicking on the box on the left side of the product) a blue button will appear that says REQUEST EXCHANGE/ RETURN. Once you have done this, it will come to us and we will accept the exchange request and send you further instructions on how to arrange the collection directly with our carrier. What is my size?

We always recommend buying the size you normally wear, but if you are still unsure, you can view our size chart by clicking here.

Why does my order have a payment error?

If you were trying to pay by card, this may be due to a failure to enter the security code sent to you by your bank, or that the waiting time for entering the code has been exceeded. Make sure that your bank has your mobile phone registered and try the payment again.

If you do not know why the payment error may have occurred, or if you have any difficulty in making the payment, please contact our Customer Service and they will find the best solution for your case.

Is there a shipping cost?

Delivery of orders placed on our website is free of charge. Please note that the express delivery service has a surcharge of 12€.

Orders shipped to Ceuta and Melilla will have an extra charge of 30€ added to your invoice. In the case of the Canary Islands the shipping costs will be 20€ and in the case of the Balearic Islands the shipping costs will be 4€.

For deliveries outside Europe, the customer must bear the cost of customs clearance of the package in their country. You can see more details by clicking here.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normally for deliveries to Spain and Portugal it takes 24-48 working hours. You can see our more detailed delivery times by clicking here.

Will I get my order the next day if I order express delivery?

The express delivery service guarantees delivery the next working day (24h) after the package leaves our warehouse. This applies to orders placed before 13:00h. Orders received after this time will be processed in our warehouse the next working day.

My order has not yet arrived

You can contact your nearest MRW office and give them the tracking number that we give you when you confirm the shipment of your order to inform you of the status of your shipment. Please note that the delivery times given on our website are approximate. Both we and our transport agency make every effort to ensure that they are met, but any shipment may be affected by external circumstances that delay its delivery.

If you have not received your tracking number or have any other queries regarding the delivery of your order, you can contact our Customer Service and they will find a solution to your query.

What is the best way to keep my Pedro Miralles?

Our products are made from high quality natural materials and leathers. But you can also find among our products vegan collections, which use alternative ecological materials.

If your product is stained, we recommend that you first consult a specialist. If it is possible to clean it, just use a damp cloth or, if necessary, specific products for leather and before that.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" on our login page, and you will be sent an email with an access code so you can log in and reset your password.

I have been sent a faulty pair

We are sorry to hear that your product has a defect. In order to deal with this case quickly, please send us a message to our e-mail address tiendaonline@pedromiralles.com indicating the order number, attaching photographs of the defect and briefly explaining what happened.

Our Quality Department will evaluate the case and work to give you the solution that best suits your needs.

I made a mistake when I placed my order, is it possible to change it?

If you have made a mistake when processing your order in any of your address details or in the item purchased, you should contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible and indicate the order number and what happened.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will do our best to resolve it before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you should be aware that the process may take several days, as the package must be returned to our facilities.

What guarantee do the products purchased at Pedro Miralles have?

The guarantee offered is that established in Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

In the event that the product is defective, PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

I have a problem with a product I bought from a Pedro Miralles retailer.

If you have any problem with a product of our brand purchased in a shoe store distributor, you should go to the shoe store where it was purchased so that they can evaluate the condition of the shoe and take care of offering you the consumer guarantee that the shop in question gives to its customers. This will be the same for products purchased in our official shop or in our outlet shops.

My order arrived incomplete.

If you have placed an order but it has arrived incomplete, it may be because the products leave different warehouses and are shipped separately. Don't worry, it is possible that some of the products will be delivered before others, with a margin of 1 to 2 days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

How do I use my voucher?

If you have received a discount coupon in your email, using it is very easy, you just have to enter the code when you add an item to your cart (you will see a bar at the bottom of the cart, where you can enter it, remember to click on apply) or during the checkout process, in the last section, where the price is broken down by product (it appears below the amount of your products, remember to click on apply). Our coupons are for a single use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise indicated, and may also have a limited duration, so it is important that you read the information that accompanies the code when you receive it by mail.
