The acceptance of this document implies that the USER:

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the website www.pedromiralles.com.

PEDRO MIRALLES reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.

The conditions of access and use of this website are governed by the law in force and by the principle of good faith, and the user undertakes to make good use of the website. Conduct that goes against the law, the rights or interests of third parties is not permitted.

How can I shop at www.pedromiralles.com?

1. To buy in our ON-LINE SHOP click on the image of the model you are interested in to see the available sizes and their detailed description. Select the one you need and click on the icon corresponding to ADD TO CART.

2. Once you have selected the size and added click on PROCESS ORDER and, once you check your cart, proceed to PROCESS ORDER and the system will guide you step by step to finalize the order.

To make a purchase you will need to log in or register. To do this, we will request your personal data, which we will incorporate into our database in order to process the order and to facilitate the realization of new purchases, so you can access your customer area whenever you want and check your personal data and order history, as well as manage your returns.

Forgetting this password does not prevent future purchases, you will simply have to click on Forgot your password? and we will send you an email to recover it.

Remember to fill in all the information requested in the Purchase Form with total accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the order. Once you have filled in the shipping address and selected the shipping method, click on the CONTINUE button.

3. Next, you will be presented with a summary identifying the items purchased, their total price and the shipping method. The order must be confirmed and formalized by clicking on the CONFIRM PURCHASE button.

Prices

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times in our On-line Store, except in case of error. All prices include taxes at the current applicable rate. The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer at the time the order is placed.

Although we try to ensure that all prices shown are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

We will not be obliged to supply you with the product(s) at the incorrect lower price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as the incorrect price.

Is there a delivery charge for my purchase?

Purchases made with destination Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra) as well as international shipments do not have shipping costs. Regarding invoices issued for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, they are exempt from VAT. All shipments to CEUTA and MELILLA will have an extra charge of 30 euros added to your invoice for customs expenses. In the case of CANARY ISLANDS the shipping costs for customs will be 20 euros. For shipments to the BALEARIC ISLANDS we charge 4 euros shipping costs.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

All purchases made in seasonal items can be made by card, PayPal or Amazon Pay.

For card payments, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.

Once the purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email certifying that your order has been paid correctly and attaching a copy of your invoice.

- In general, for destinations in the Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra), delivery is made via MRW in 24-48 hours (working days) from processing.

- In the case of the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 24-48 hours (working days) from processing.

- For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time is 7 working days after processing.

- In the case of the Canary Islands, the delivery time is 8 working days after processing.

- In the case of Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, delivery times exclude the retention time for customs clearance.

- For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 1 week.

- For shipments outside Europe, the delivery time will be as follows:

-North America, North Africa and Eastern Europe: 10 working days.

-South America, Oceania and Asia: 14 working days.

 

Purchases made with destination Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra), as well as international shipments do not have shipping costs.

These delivery times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Also, in exceptional cases, this period could be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the carrier or difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

If you do not receive your order within this period, you can contact us through our Customer Service.

Please note that during promotional and sales periods and holidays, delivery times may be slightly delayed between 24 and 48 hours.

Express delivery (+12 EUROS)

Delivery times for all your purchases are calculated from the moment the order is placed, as long as the order is placed before 08:30 Monday to Thursday peninsular time. In the case of orders placed after this time or on the eve of a holiday, the delivery time will start to count from the next working day.

In the event that they are made after the indicated time, the term will begin to count from the following working day.

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

- Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.

How do I request the return or exchange of a product purchased on the Pedro Miralles website?

Is it possible to change the size or return the order received?

Yes, if once you have received your purchase you are not satisfied with it, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item purchased through the Pedro Miralles online store. In the case of orders placed from Spain, Portugal and Andorra you can request a refund or a size change, for other countries only returns will be accepted.

Purchases made by professional customers using their corresponding discount coupon (only valid for collection models) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Once the return has been confirmed, for returns made from Spain, Portugal and Andorra MRW will send you an email so that you can indicate if you want them to pick up the return or if you prefer to take it to one of their offices. In case you want to change the size, you must specify it. As soon as we receive the product in our facilities and check everything is correct, we will process the exchange.

 

For returns made from countries other than Spain, Portugal or Andorra, it will be the customer who must manage the return of the package to our facilities and bear the costs of such shipment, including customs charges. In this case it is not possible to make size changes, only returns. If you wish to purchase a new size, a new purchase must be made.

 

PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, starting from the arrival of the product to our facilities, to change the size or refund the full amount of the same through the payment method by which the purchase was made.

 

The return is considered effective at the time when the product is collected by the agency designated by PEDRO MIRALLES.

 

All returns must be made in perfect condition, preferably in its original packaging. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in good condition and proceed to send the new item if you have requested the return for size change, or we will make the refund within 14 calendar days. PEDRO MIRALLES reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent late, and products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Will I have to pay for ON-LINE SHOP returns/exchanges?

Exchanges and returns are free for purchases made in ON-LINE STORE for the entire peninsular territory (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra).

 

For orders placed from countries other than Spain, Portugal or Andorra, the customer must manage the return of the package to our facilities and bear the costs of such shipment, remember that we only accept returns from these countries.

Warranty

The warranty offered is the one established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

 

In the event that the product is defective, PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.

 

PEDRO MIRALLES is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

 

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Modifications

Refusal to process an order

PEDRO MIRALLES informs the customer that the units of items offered for sale are those estimated in stock at any given time, without intentionally putting more merchandise than is actually in stock physically. PEDRO MIRALLES will make every effort to serve all items ordered by the customer, but it is possible that in certain cases and due to causes beyond the control of PEDRO MIRALLES such as human error or incidents in computer systems, it is not possible to serve any of the items ordered by the customer. In the event that a product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be notified. It will then be offered the possibility of total or partial cancellation of this order.

 

In no event shall PEDRO MIRALLES assume responsibility or guarantee the accuracy of any material or color reflected in the images on www.pedromiralles.com.

RESOLUCIÓN DE LITIGIOS EN LÍNEA (Online Dispute Resolution)

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two parties. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties in order to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly established. PEDRO MIRALLES and the USER agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the USER any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products subject to these Conditions.

In the event that the USER is domiciled outside Spain, PEDRO MIRALLES and the USER expressly waive any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Elche (Spain).
