DELIVERIES TO SPAIN, ANDORRA AND PORTUGAL
Generally, delivery to Spain, Andorra and Portugal is made via MRW in 24-48 working hours from the processing of your order.
For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time is approximately 7 working days from the processing of your order.
In the case of the Canary Islands, the delivery time is approximately 8 working days from the processing of your order.
*In both cases, these deadlines exclude the retention time for customs clearance, so it is very important that you indicate your identity number when ordering.
SENDING TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
For deliveries to Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.
SENDING OUTSIDE EUROPE
For deliveries outside Europe, the delivery time will be as follows:
North America, North Africa and Eastern Europe: 3 to 7 working days
South America, Oceania and Asia: 3 to 10 working days
These delivery times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Likewise, in exceptional cases this period may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

You should bear in mind that during promotional and sales periods and holidays, delivery times may suffer a slight delay of between 24 and 48 hours.

24 working hours for deliveries in mainland Spain, Andorra and Portugal.
Delivery times for all purchases are calculated from the time the order is placed, provided that the order is placed before 08:30 Monday to Thursday UTC time +1. In the event that the order is placed after this time or on the eve of a public holiday, the delivery time will start to run from the next working day.
