How can I purchase on www.pedromiralles.com?

1. To purchase in our ONLINE STORE click on the image of the model that interests you to see the sizes available and the detailed description. Select what you need and ADD TO CART by clicking on the corresponding icon.

*You can purchase several models and combine shoes and bags at the same time, always from the ONLINE STORE, the outlet section functions independently.

2. Once you have selected the size and added the item to your cart, click on CHECKOUT and, once you have reviewed your order, go to CHECKOUT and the system will guide you step by step to complete the order.

You can place the order as a guest or by logging in or by registering if you have not done so already. For this purpose, we will request your personal data, which we will add to our database in order to be able to process the order and make it easier for you to place new orders. The email and password sections are not required. However, if you register in our database, you can access your customer area whenever you wish and consult your personal data and the history of orders placed.

If you forget your password this will not prevent future purchases, you will simply need to fill in all the fields of the purchase form again.Remember to fill in all the data requested in the Purchase Form with total accuracy to prevent confusions or incidents in the despatch of the order. PRICES

The price of the products will be that stipulated at any time in our Online Store, except in the event of error. All prices include taxes at the applicable rate in force. The price of the shipping charges will be indicated to the customer in detail when the order is placed.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all the prices shown are correct, errors may occur. Should we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be deemed to have been cancelled and any quantities paid will be refunded in full.

Does my order have shipping expenses?

Orders place for delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as international deliveries, do not have shipping expenses.With regard to invoices issued for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, these are exempt from VAT.

All orders sent to CEUTA and MELILLA will have a surcharge of 30 euros added to the invoice in the concept of customs charges. In the case of the CANARY ISLANDS the shipping expenses in the concept of customs will be 20 euros.

What form of payment can I use for my order?

SHIPPING METHODS

- Standard shipping, free of charge

• In general, for destinations in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping is via MRW in 24-48 hours (working days) from confirmation.• In orders destined for Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery period is 7 working days from confirmation.• In the case of the Canary Islands, the delivery period is 8 working days from confirmation.• In both cases, these delivery periods exclude the time the order may be retained for customs formalities.• For deliveries to Europe, the delivery period is 1 week. • For deliveries outside Europe, the delivery period is as follows:-North America, North Africa and Eastern Europe: 10 working days-South America, Oceania and Asia: 14 working days

Orders for delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as international deliveries, do not have shipping expenses.

Said delivery periods may vary according to the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the product chosen and the area to which it is sent. Likewise, in exceptional cases, such delivery period may be altered by extraordinary incidents affecting the transport company or by difficulties in delivery of the goods.

Please bear in mind that during periods of promotion and sales and in festive seasons, delivery times may be affected by a short delay of between 24 and 48 hours.

Delivery periods for this option will be the same as for the standard service.This option is only available for orders delivered to mainland Spain.

- Urgent delivery (+12 EUROS)

• 24h for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.• 5 working days for Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands.

The delivery periods for all your orders will be calculated from the time the order is placed, provided that this takes place before 08:30 am Monday to Friday, mainland Spanish time.

Orders placed on Fridays after the time indicated will be handled on the following Monday (no deliveries are made at weekends and on bank holidays).If the order is placed after the time indicated, the delivery period will be counted as from the next working day.

Once the return has been confirmed, MRW will collect the package from the same point of delivery unless you specify another collection address.If you wish to change the size, you should specify this in the box. As soon as we have received the pair of shoes at our facilities and we have checked that all is correct, we will handle the exchange.

In 24-48 hours the courier will call at your home in the term requested and collect the package.

PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, in the maximum term of 14 calendar days, counted as from collection of the product, to exchange or refund the total amount thereof in the same account or payment method as that used to make the payment.If you have paid cash on delivery, we will make a transfer to your bank account. For this purpose, we will ask you for the details of your account in order to make the payment correctly.

In the case of products acquired through promotions by third parties or with promotional coupons, it will be possible to change the size, colour or for a model of the same amount from the same promotion.

The return will be deemed effective once the product has been collected by the courier appointed by Pedro Miralles S.L.

All returns must be made in perfect condition, preferably in their original packaging, and you should include the invoice inside the box. Once we have received the product in our warehouse, we will check that it is in good condition and proceed to send the new item if the return has been requested for exchange, or to make the refund in a term of 14 calendar days or, if you have opted to wait until the item is in stock, we will contact you to inform you of the availability of the chosen product.

PEDRO MIRALLES reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent late, and products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Will I have to pay for exchanges/returns with the ONLINE STORE?

Exchanges and returns are free of charge for purchases made in the ONLINE STORE throughout mainland Spain and abroad.

In orders delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all tariffs and taxes associated with delivery and return will be for the account of the purchaser pursuant to the legal provisions in force. In these deliveries the invoice amount in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes.

GUARANTEE

The guarantee offered is that which is established in the Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

Should the product be defective, PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. will proceed, as applicable, to repair or replace the product, reduce the price or terminate the contract. These formalities will be without cost for the consumer and user.

PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. will respond for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the term of two years from delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the vendor of the lack of conformity in the term of two months from becoming aware thereof.

MODIFICATIONS

Failure to process an order

PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. informs the customer that the units of the articles on sale are those estimated to be in stock at any time, without intentionally stating a higher number of goods than those physically in stock. PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. will do all it can to supply all the items ordered by the customer, but it is possible that in certain cases and owing to causes that are difficult for PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. to control, such as human error or incidents in the computer systems, it may not be possible to serve one or more of the items ordered by the customer. In the event that a product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be informed. S/he will then be offered the possibility of total or partial cancellation of this order.
