Returns and exchanges
We are sorry that the product you bought is not what you were looking for. The perfect shoe for you is surely on our collection, but if it is not the one you bought, you can request a return or exchange following these steps:
Enter into your account in our web page clicking on the account sing right on top and log in. If you placed your order as a guest user, you can check how to request your exchange or return here.
Type your user and password and click on SING IN. Once you are logged into your account, enter your ORDER HISTORY. On this page you can check all the orders you have placed with us.
Click on “DETAILS” of the order you wish to check and you will see the information of your order.
If you want to make a return you should select the product that you want to return and write the reason for the return on the box below.
If you want to make an Exchange you should select the product that you want to Exchange and write the reason for the return and the new product (size and colour) you want on the box below. Once we have receive your packge we will send the new product.
Once you have done this, you should finish your request by clicking on “REQUEST A RETURN”.
Your return or exchange will remain on hold to be confirmed by our office. You will be notified as soon as it is confirmed, and receive the instructions to send the package back to us.
Exchange / Return period.
If you are not satisfyed with your order, you have the right to withdrawal, in a period of 14 days since the day you received your product purchased on our online store.
These period can vary or be modified for force-majeure situations.
Terms to request an exchange or return.
Every returned product has to be in perfect condition, preferabily in its original package and include the returns form inside the box. Once we have received the product on our warehouse we will check everything is in order and proceed to send the new product you have requested or to refund you in a 14 days period. If you requested an exchange and we do not have stock to send it, we will contact you to offer you a solution.
As soon as your return is confirmed, you will receive a label that you should print and stick to your package. You only have to follow the instructions sent on the mail with the label. This label can be printed in a A4 sheet and it is not necessary for it to be adhesive. You can go to a UPS store to ship the package in a 10 day period.
Return and Exchange outside Europe
If your order was sent to a non-European country, you should bare with the shipping expenses resulting of sending your order back to us, including customs expenses.
