The acceptance of this document implies that the USER:

How can I buy in www.pedromiralles.com?
1. To buy in our ONLINE STORE click on the image of the model that interests you to be able to see the available sizes and their detailed description. Select the one you need and click on the icon corresponding to ADD TO CART.
2. Once you have selected the size and added click on PROCESS ORDER and, once you check your basket, proceed to PROCESS ORDER and the system will guide you step by step to finish the order.
To make a purchase you must log in or register. To do this, we will request your personal data, which we will incorporate into our database in order to process the order and facilitate the realization of new purchases, so you can access your customer area whenever you want and consult your personal data and the history of orders placed, in addition to managing your returns.

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times in our Online Store, except in case of error. All prices contain taxes at the applicable current rate. The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a disaggregated manner at the time the order is placed.
Although we try to make sure that all the prices listed are correct, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and you will be refunded in full for the amounts that have been paid.
We will not be obliged to supply you with the product(s) at the incorrect lower price if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price.
Is my purchase shipping charges?
Purchases made to the Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra) as well as international shipments have no shipping costs. With regard to invoices issued for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, they are exempt from A.V.V. All shipments to CEUTA and MELILLA will have an extra charge of 30 euros added to your invoice as customs charges. In the case of the CANARY ISLANDS, the shipping costs for customs will be 20 euros. For shipments to the BALEARIC ISLANDS, 4 euros of shipping costs are charged.
What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
All purchases made on seasonal items can be made by card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.
For card payments, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct.
Once the purchase is made you will receive a confirmation email that certifies that your order has been paid correctly and in which a copy of your invoice is attached.
- Free standard shipping
• In general, for destinations on the Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra), delivery is made via MRW in 24-48 hours (working days) from processing.
• In the case of the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 24-48 hours (working days) from its processing.
• In shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time is 7 working days from processing.
• In the case of the Canary Islands, the delivery time is 8 working days from its processing.
• In the cases of Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. the time limits exclude the retention time for customs procedures.
• For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 1 week.
• For shipments outside Europe, the delivery time will be as follows:
-North America, North Africa and Eastern Europe: 10 working days
-South America, Oceania and Asia: 14 working days
Purchases made to the Peninsula (mainland Spain, Portugal and Andorra), as well as international shipments have no shipping costs.
These deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. Also, in exceptional cases this period could be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier or by difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

You should bear in mind that during the promotion and sales periods and in festive periods, the delivery times may suffer a small delay of between 24 and 48 hours.

The delivery times of all your purchases are calculated from the moment the order is placed, as long as it is made before 08:30 from Monday to Thursday peninsular time. In the event that they are made after the indicated time or on the eve of a public holiday, the period will begin to count from the next working day.

Why can my credit card be declined?

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Is it possible to change the size or return the order received?
Yes, if once you receive the purchase you are not satisfied you can avail yourself of your right of withdrawal and cancel all or part of your order, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you receive the item purchased through the online store of Pedro Miralles. In the case of orders placed from Spain, Portugal and Andorra you can request a return or a change of size, for the other countries only returns will be accepted.

Delete what is not appropriate

-CLICK ON REQUEST RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
*At all times you can know the status of the requested return in the MY RETURNS section in your panel.
Once the return is confirmed, for returns made from Spain, Portugal and Andorra MRW will send you an email to indicate if you want to be picked up the return or if you prefer to take it to one of their offices. In the case of wanting to make a size change, you must specify it. As soon as we receive the product in our facilities and check everything is correct we will process the change.
For returns made from countries other than Spain, Portugal or Andorra, it will be the customer who must manage the return of the package to our facilities and bear the costs derived from such shipment, including customs costs. In this case no size changes can be made, only returns. If you want to acquire a new size, you must make a new purchase.
PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, which begin to count from the arrival of the product to our facilities, the change of size or the refund of the total amount of the same through the payment method by which the purchase was made.
The return is considered effective at the time when the product is collected by the agency designated by PEDRO MIRALLES.
Any return must be made in perfect condition, preferably in its original packaging. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in good condition and we will proceed to send the new item if you have requested the return for change of size, or we will make the refund within 14 calendar days. PEDRO MIRALLES reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent late, and products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Will I have to pay for the changes /returns of TIENDA ON-LINE?
The exchanges and returns are free for purchases made in ONLINE STORE for the entire peninsular territory (peninsular Spain, Portugal and Andorra).
As for orders made from countries other than Spain, Portugal or Andorra, the customer must manage the return of the package to our facilities and bear the costs derived from such shipment, remember that we only accept returns from these countries.
The guarantee offered is the one established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
In the event that the product is defective, PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, reduction of the price or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
PEDRO MIRALLES is responsible for the lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Refusal to process an order
PEDRO MIRALLES informs the customer that the units of items put up for sale are those estimated in stock at any given time, without intentionally putting more merchandise than is actually in stock physically. PEDRO MIRALLES will make every effort to serve all the items ordered by the customer, but it is possible that in certain cases and due to causes that are difficult to control due to PEDRO MIRALLES such as human errors or incidents in the computer systems, it is not possible to serve any of the items ordered by the customer. In the event that a product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be notified. You will then be offered the possibility to cancel all or part of this order.
In no event shall PEDRO MIRALLES assume responsibility or guarantee the accuracy of any material or color reflected in the images of www.pedromiralles.com.
Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, finally being able to suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established. PEDRO MIRALLES and the USER agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the USER's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products subject to these Conditions.
In the event that the USER is domiciled outside of Spain, PEDRO MIRALLES and the USER expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Elche (Spain).
