The conditions of access and use of this website are governed by the current legality and the principle of good faith committing the user to make good use of the website. Conduct that goes against the law, rights or interests of third parties is not allowed.

How can I buy on www.pedromiralles.com?

1. To buy in our ONLINE STORE click on the image of the model you are interested in to be able to see the available sizes and their detailed description. Select the one you need and click ADD TO CART by clicking on the corresponding icon.

*You can buy several models and combine shoes and bags at the same time, always from the ONLINE STORE, the outlet section work independently.

2. Once you have selected the size and added click on TRAMITAE ORDER and, once you check your basket, proceed to TRAMITAR ORDER and the system will guide you step by step to finish the order.

You can place your order both as a guest and log in or register if you're not already. To do this, we will request your personal data, which we will incorporate into our database in order to be able to process the order and facilitate the making of new purchases. The e-mail and password sections are not mandatory, however, if you register in our database, you will be able to access your customer area whenever you want and check your personal data and the history of orders placed.

Forgetting this password does not prevent future purchases, you will simply have to fill in all the fields of the purchase form again.

Remember to fill in all the data requested on the Purchase Form with complete accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the order. Once the shipping address has been completed and the shipping method is selected click on the "CONTINUE"

Prices

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at any time in our Online Store, except in case of error. All prices contain taxes at the applicable current rate. The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a disaggregated manner at the time he places the order.

Although we try to make sure that all the prices listed are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfi rm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are not able to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and you will be refunded in full the amounts that have been paid.

We will not be obliged to supply you with the products(s) at the wrong lower price if the price error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognized by You as the wrong price.

Do you have shipping costs for my purchase?

Purchases made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, as well as international shipments have no shipping costs. As regards the invoices issued for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, they are exempt from I.V.A. All shipments to CEUTA and MELILLA will have an extra charge of 30 euros added to your invoice for customs charges. In the case of CANARIAS the shipping costs for customs will be 20 euros.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

All purchases made on seasonal items can be made by PayPal, Amazon Pay, cash on delivery – at an additional cost of 8 euros – or by card.

For card payments, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution, once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct.

Once the purchase is made you will receive a confirmation email certifying that your order has been successfully paid and in which a copy of your invoice is attached.

SHIPPING METHODS

- Free standard shipping

• In general, for destinations in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, delivery is made via MRW in 24-48 hours (business days) from its processing.

• For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time is 7 working days from processing.

• In the case of the Canary Islands, the delivery time is 8 working days from its processing.

• In both cases, these deadlines exclude the retention time for customs procedures.

• For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 1 week.

• For shipments outside Europe, the delivery time will be as follows:

-North America, North Africa and Eastern Europe: 10 business days

-South America, Oceania and Asia: 14 business days

Purchases made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, as well as international shipments have no shipping costs.

These deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the shipping area. In addition, in exceptional cases this period could be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier or by difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

If you do not receive the order within the referred period you can contact us through our Customer Service.

Please note that during promotion and rebate periods and during public holidays, delivery times may be shortly delayed by between 24 and 48 hours.

- Cash on delivery (+8 EUROS)

This type of shipment will have the same delivery times as the standard shipment. This option will only be available for shipments to Peninsula.


- Express shipping (+12 EUROS)

• 24h for Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

• 5 business days for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

Delivery times for all your purchases are calculated from the time the order is placed, as long as it is made before 08:30 am from Monday to Friday mainland time. Orders placed on Fridays after the indicated time are processed the following Monday (weekends and public holidays are not delivered).

In the event that they are made after the indicated time, the period will start counting from the next business day.

All shipments to Ceuta and Melilla will have an extra charge of 30 euros added to your invoice for customs charges. In the case of the Canary Islands, the shipping costs for customs will be 20 euros.

With regard to invoices issued for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, they are exempt from I.V.A. and will have an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Take what's not appropriate

or perform the following steps:

1. Request collection:

-Access your dashboard

-Access the "My Order History" section of your account.

-Select the order from which you want to return the product.

-Mark on the product you wish to return.

-Click on "Request return"

*At any time you will be able to know the status of the requested return in the "My Returns" section on your dashboard.

Once the return is confirmed, MRW will pick up the package at the same delivery point unless you specify another pickup address to us.


If you want to make a size change, you'll need to specify it in the box. As soon as we receive the pair in our facilities and check everything is correct we will process the change.

In 24-48 hours the parcel agency will stop by your home within the requested timeframe and pick up the package.

PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, starting to count from the collection of the product, to the exchange or refund of the total amount of the same account or method through which the payment was made.

If you paid by cashback, we'll transfer you to your bank account. To do this we will ask you for the data of the same to make said deposit correctly.

In the case of products purchased with third-party promotions or promotional coupons, it will be possible to change size, color or a model of the same amount of the same promotion.

The return is considered effective at the time the product is collected by the agency designated by PEDRO MIRALLES.

Attention!: Models purchased through the OUTLET online, should check the conditions through 965 68 57 61 or visit their Exchange/Return Policy in the OUTLET ON-LINE section

Any return must be made in perfect condition, preferably in its original packaging, including the invoice inside the box. Once the product has been received in our warehouse, we will verify that it is in good condition and proceed to send the new item if you have requested the return for exchange, or we will make the refund within 14 calendar days or if we have chosen to wait for stock we will contact you to inform you of the existence of the selected product. PEDRO MIRALLES reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent late, and products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Will I have to pay for ONLINE STORE exchanges/returns?


Exchanges and returns are free for purchases made in ONLINE STORE throughout the national territory and countries of the European Union.

In orders served to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all rates and taxes associated with shipping and return are borne by the buyer in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In these shipments, the amount of the invoice in euros shall be taken as a declared value for customs purposes.

As for orders to non-EU countries, the customer must manage the return of the package to our facilities and pay the costs arising from such shipment.

Warranty

The guarantee offered is that set out in Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

In the event that the product is defective, PEDRO MIRALLES will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, reduction of the price or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

PEDRO MIRALLES is not responsible for any non-conformity within two years of delivery.

The consumer and user must inform the seller of the non-conformity within two months of being aware of it.

Modifications

Refusal to process an order

PEDRO MIRALLES informs the customer that the units of items put up for sale are estimated in stock at all times, without intentionally putting more merchandise than is actually in stock physically. PEDRO MIRALLES will do its best to serve all items ordered by the customer, but it is possible that in certain cases and due to causes difficult to control by PEDRO MIRALLES such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is not possible to serve any of the items ordered by the customer. In the event that a product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be notified. You will then be offered the possibility to cancel this order in whole or in part.

Under no circumstances PEDRO MIRALLES assume responsibility or guarantee the accuracy of any material or color reflected in the www.pedromiralles.com.


ONLINE Dispute Resolution


Pursuant to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need for recourse to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both sides to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established. PEDRO MIRALLES and the USER agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products subject to these Terms.


In the event that the USER is domiciled outside Spain, PEDRO MIRALLES and the USER expressly renounce any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Elche (Spain).
