How can I make an exchange or a return?
The way to request a return is through our website. Enter your profile on our website, go to your personal area and access MY ORDER HISTORY, in the information bar of the product you want to change you will find the option DATA. If you go there, you will see that it gives you the option to select the product you want to return or exchange and once selected (by clicking on the box on the left side of the product) will appear a blue button that says REQUEST EXCHANGE / RETURN. Once you have done this, it will come to us and we will accept the exchange request and send you further instructions on how to manage the collection directly with our carrier. What size is my size?
We always recommend buying the size you usually wear, but if you are still not sure, you can see our size chart by clicking here.
Why did my order have a payment error?
If you were trying to pay by credit card, this may be due to a failure to enter the security code sent to you by your bank, or that the waiting time to enter the code has been exceeded. Make sure that your bank has your mobile phone registered and try to make the payment again.
If you do not know why the payment error occurred, or you have any difficulty in making the payment, please contact our Customer Service and they will find the best solution for your case.
Is there a shipping cost?
Orders placed on our website are shipped free of charge. Please note that the express delivery service has a surcharge of 12 ¤.
Orders sent to Ceuta and Melilla will have an extra charge of 30 ¤ added to your bill. In the case of the Canary Islands the shipping costs will be 20€ and in the case of the Balearic Islands the shipping costs will be 4€.
For shipments outside Europe, the customer must bear the costs of customs clearance of the package in your country. You can see more details by clicking here.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Normally for shipments to Spain and Portugal it takes 24-48 working hours. You can see our more detailed delivery times by clicking here.
Will my order arrive the next day if I order express delivery?
The express delivery service guarantees delivery the next working day (24h) after the package leaves our warehouse. This applies to orders placed before 13:00h. Orders received after this time will be processed in our warehouse the next working day.
My order has not arrived yet
You can contact your nearest MRW office and give them the tracking number we provided you with when confirming the shipment of your order to inform you of the status of your shipment. Please note that the delivery times we provide on our website are approximate. Both we and our transport agency make every effort to ensure that these are met, but any shipment may be affected by circumstances beyond our control that delay delivery.

I made a mistake when placing my order, is it possible to modify it?
If you have made a mistake when processing your order in any of your address details or in the item purchased, you should contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible and indicate the order number and what happened.
If the order has not yet left our warehouse we will do everything possible to solve it before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will have to take into account that the process may take several days, as the package has to be returned to our facilities.
What guarantee do the products purchased at Pedro Miralles have?
The guarantee offered is the one established in Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.
In the event that the product is defective, PEDRO MIRALLES, S.L. proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
PEDRO MIRALLES , S.L. responds to the lack of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery.
The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
I have an incident with a product that I bought in a distributor of Pedro Miralles.
If you have any problem with a product of our brand purchased in a shoe store distributor, you should go to the shoe store where it was purchased so that they can evaluate the condition of the shoe and take care of offering you the consumer guarantee that the store in question gives to its customers. My order has arrived incomplete.
If you have placed an order but it has arrived incomplete, it may be because they come from different warehouses and are shipped separately. You should not worry because it is possible that one of the products will be delivered before another, with a margin of 1 to 2 days. If after 10 working days you have not received it, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
How do I use my coupon?
If you have received a discount coupon in your email, using it is very easy, you just have to enter the code when you add an item to your cart (you will see a bar at the bottom of the cart, where you can enter it, remember to click on apply) or during the checkout process, in the last section, where the price is broken down by product (appears below the amount of your products, remember to click on apply). Our coupons are for a single use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless otherwise indicated.
